BioI'm not very articulate and good with words outside of school-related research and analysis essays. Illustration is something I've innately known before I learned to talk; it is easier for me to draw and paint than communicate verbally.
I love reading; books are a form of artistry I admire, appreciate, and cannot emulate, they provide beautifully strung words I fail to grasp in real time. <- example of my horrible way with words.
1. Art.
Painting, illustration.
Street art, graffiti.
Anime, comic books, manga art.
Polaroids: currently own the models Spectra, SX-70, and Colorpack II.
novelty and vintage cameras.
2. Words. books, music, spoken word, grammar, learning foreign languages.
too many books and movies to list.
artists: audrey kawasaki, banksy, edgar degas, marcel duchamp, obey [shepard fairey], etc.
music: asobi seksu, beirut, blonde redhead, broken social scene, black star, cat power, the kills, mars volta, mgmt, sigur ros, sleater-kinney, yann tiersen, yeah yeah yeahs.
